·         Advancement – advancement activities

·         Webelos Crossover to Boy Scouts, update.  The Arrow Of Light Scouts completed their arrows at the last meeting, and Dave is working on display cases for their arrows and pins.  Crossover is planned for April 28, 6:00 pm, in the St. Eds gym.  All scouts and families are encouraged to attend as the pack transitions its first den from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts.

·         Equipment crossover bridge, update.  The bridge is complete, other than some minor final fitting that is needed to ease assembly and disassembly.  Total costs did not exceed $75.

·         Fundraising

·         Pop can drives, report.

o   Mar 2: $340.90 check received 3/27/19, deposited 3/29/19; 11 Scouts participating, $31.52 share per scout.  Best March ever.

o   Apr 6: Estimated check $770, estimated $34.22/scout; 15 scouts participating.  Estimate is best guess as we did not have a split between bags of bottles and cans.  Potentially the best monthly can drive ever since the pack started can drives in Oct 2015, with the previous best of $658 in Nov 2018.

·         Elks parking for My Waterloo Days parade, update.  The pack will be managing the parking for this event.  Last year the pack netted $490 for several hours work, with a portion of that directed to the scout accounts of the participating parents.

·         Membership – We are anticipating a transfer a Bear Scout from Troop 128 in Nevada, Iowa.

·         Round Table Update – from Apr 11 round table

·         Presentation on dragon boat racing (for boy scouts) at Lakeland District fall camporee Sep 13-15 at Kennedy Park in Fort Dodge.

·         History of Scouting presentation by Ed Narrigan– very informative and interesting.

·         Cub Scout and Webelos resident camp reminders

·         Campfire program planning – lots of good ideas to take a humdrum campfire and spice it up with skits, songs, stories and stunts by scouts and adults.  It takes planning, practice, preparation, and “roll with the punches”.

·         Cub Scout Spring Fling at Ingawanis Adventure Base, Apr 27-28.  $20 per person.  Activities could include but not limited to: archery, bb guns, Gaga ball, conservation activities, kick ball, pedal cars, craft, and many other possibilities.  Must supply your own tents, cabins can be rented (limited availability).  Register online.

·         May Round Table will feature dutch oven cooking at Camp Ingawanis.  No update will be made as no program is planned for the meeting.
