This is a much-needed improvement, and we are very grateful for Mason’s

Round Table Update – report. No one from the pack attended, however a
summary was provided by our District Executive, Laura Hayes. The main highlight was a need for packs to
consider adopting a set of bylaws to formalize operations and expectations.
5) Old Business
·
Pinewood
Derby awards changes. To minimize
redundant awards, the group decided to eliminate individual den awards and
increase the number of pack awards from 1st through 3rd
places to 1st through 7th places. Best Of Show will now have 1st and
2nd place instead of just 1st.
6) New Business
·
No new
business was discussed.
7) Announcements
· Next parents meeting Monday, November 13, 2023 at 1850 Patio & Grill, meeting starts at 7:00 PM.
8) Adjournment – Upon having completed the evening’s business,
the meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:59 PM.
Respectfully Submitted,
Chris Klaren
