Next can drive April 6, 2024 |
Time for the last 2 pop can checks from pickup to check
received was 31 and 32 days.
· Round Table Update – no pack leaders attended March round table
5) Old Business
·
BSA
insurance certificate renewal. The
certificate of liability insurance was received from the council office late
Friday afternoon, March 1, and delivered to the parish office Monday, March
4. Documents were approved by the archdiocese
March 8, allowing the pack to utilize parish facilities through February 2025. This late availability of the needed insurance
certificates from BSA national office was the reason for the postponement of
the March 3 pack meeting and the cancellation of the March 2 can drive. We once again have voiced our concerns with
the local council that national must be more timely with certificate
availability to prevent unnecessary interruptions of our pack schedule.
6) New Business
·
No new
business was discussed
7) Announcements
· Next parents meeting Monday, April 15, 2024 at 1850 Patio & Grill, meeting starts at 7:00 PM.
8) Adjournment – Upon having completed the evening’s business,
the meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:26 PM.
Respectfully Submitted,
Chris Klaren
