4) Reports:
·
Cubmaster
· Charter Org Representative
· The Pinewood Derby Track that belonged to the former Pack 3029 at Blessed Sacrament Church has been located and I spoke to Maggie England and she is perfectly fine with Pack 3025 taking it for free. The only condition would be that it's a non-returnable item.
· Spoke to Maggie England about having an alternate site can collection point at Blessed Sacrament for the Troop to collect cans to fill our big can trailer and then bring them to can sorts at St Eds the following month for the Can Sorts. She was onboard with allowing us to do that.
· Contacted the Scout Office at the first of the month and requested new insurance certificates for the Pack and Troop so we can still use the facilities with the facilities usage agreements they require. The Scout Office has not received any certificates as of today, Feb 17th, and for the last 2 years they were sent directly to St Edwards. I called Toni Pint-Burke this afternoon at 3:15pm and she has not received any certificates yet ether.
