·      IAB Summer Day Camp - A number of scouts attended and had a great time, great weather

·      IAB Summer Camp - 3 Scouts Attending - Pack will be in Robinhood Campsite

·      Planning Upcoming July Pack Campout - Moved to July 11-13, 2025. Pack 25 Tent Campout - Yellow River State Forest, Brock will send out email with details

·      Discussion on possible Pack & Troop Bucks game event, if we can get 25 people we can get a $10 ticket discount.

·       Review Calendar - Calendar Approved through July

·      Service Projects

·      MyWaterloo Days Parade - Went well, passed out over 400 flyers. Will plan on doing again next year.

·      Memorial Day Flags - A few scouts were able to attend

·      Ron was in attendance and expained an upcoming service event. The Waterloo Veterans Memorial group, which maintains the Statue of Liberty in downtown Waterloo, is planning a re-dedication ceremony this fall (Sept/Oct) to mark 75 years since the Scouts helped erect the statue. In preparation, the District Committee has agreed to organize a service project in July or August to clean the statue and surrounding area. The cleaning involves basic supplies like Bar Keepers Friend and brushes, but the statues are elevated on 6-foot plinths, so safety (per the Guide to Safe Scouting) needs to be considered. An art instructor at UNI has advised being gentle to preserve the patina. The plinth has some marks, and the area has a lot of goose droppings that will need to be cleaned as well. The pack agreed to help with this service project.

·      Mitigwa Scout Reservation & Camp Burton Baloo Training Events - Many leaders expressed interest in doing Baloo training

 Camp Wakonda is coming up September 13th and is the closest and most likely event leaders will be able to attend. See Pack website for link and registration.

·      Equipment

·     Gaga Pit Purchased, Leo donated $150 of his scout funds towards the purchase.

·      Old Gaga Pit Donation to IAB

·      Fundraising / Secretary

·        The pack received income of $2,874.15 in 4 pop can checks
